Our team initiated the siding project by setting up 30ft x 50ft scaffolding to ensure safety and accessibility. We removed the existing siding and trim, carefully inspecting the sheathing (plywood) beneath for any signs of moisture damage. Any compromised areas were replaced, followed by the installation of a Hydrogap weather barrier to protect against the elements. The process included installing new trim products around windows and the perimeter, caulking between the trim and the siding, and ensuring a tight seal. The project also involved the replacement of 8 windows per stack, enhancing the home's energy efficiency and security.
