About Us
We opened our business in March 2005 with a mission to bring high-quality services to local properties in the Boston area. We quickly added commercial cleaning to the business, then expanded into handyman, maintenance and repair, and construction services. Our team has helped make this company a success by leveraging its strengths and passions. Our diverse community has also had an invaluable impact in expanding our reach and community. We are proud of how far we've come since we started!
The Team
Our core value of teamwork enables us to provide exceptional service and quality results to our many clients. Structured along the lines of our major areas of expertise, each division of the company has a team of professionals led by highly qualified foremen, field managers, service managers, construction managers, and top management.
Giovani is VP and Senior Field Manager. Giovani has been with CPC for 14 years and worked his way up to where he is second only to Ed Hofeller. Jirair is Service/Construction Manager and has been with CPC for six years. Giovani and Jirair share responsibility for General Contracting, Construction, and Maintenance/Repair Services. Giovani controls the work in the field and Jirair handles estimating, proposal prep, computer systems, technology, and administration.
Giovani has two field managers (Luis and Daniel) who answer to him and run the larger jobs with 8 skilled laborers. Daniel is Giovani’s brother and he has been with CPC for ten years. He started out as a laborer. He learned quickly and has become a capable builder and a Field Manager for large projects. Luis has been with the company for five years and was promoted to Field Manager for the Handyman Service Techs and mid-size projects. Both Daniel and Luis are mentoring a couple of workers to become future Field Managers to support CPC’s growth.
There are four Service Techs in service vans providing handyman (Maint./Repair) services who answer to Luis and finally Giovani. The Service Techs have a higher level of skills and are promoted by our laborers. They are selected not only for their skills but also for their communication skills and their geniality. CPC clients routinely comment on how pleasant our Service Techs are. It is the success of our Service Techs which has led to larger projects by virtue of the level of client satisfaction with their work.
Jirair has a Dispatcher (Sonia) and an Accounting Manager (Jenn) who answer to him. Sonia has been with CPC for six years and she uses our dispatch software to control the fieldwork schedule for the Service Techs.
She also tracks the payroll hours for the project laborers. She is critical to the success of our handyman operations. Jenn has been with CPC for four years and she handles the corporate books, invoicing, bill paying, and reporting. She reports to Jirair on cash-flow needs and reviews with him all invoicing of clients. Jenn and Sonia are key to the success of the company.
Carlos Parra is Cleaning Manager and HR Manager and has been with CPC for 12 years. Carlos spends much of his time inspecting the work of his cleaning teams. Carlos is a perfectionist and knows the cleaning business like few others in the industry. Carlos has three Cleaning Foremen and five cleaners that answer to him. Carlos has a Cleaning Foreman, Demiss, who has been with CPC for ten years.
Carlos ensures that all CPC employees are properly educated in OSHA regulations and employment rules.
